Summer League
We are excited to offer our Summer Softball League for the 3rd consecutive year! This league is designed for teams that want to keep playing and sharp between the Spring and Fall recreational seasons.
Important League Notice: "Just Softball"
To keep team fees streamlined and focus purely on the game, please note that registration only covers facilities (fields) and umpires. There will be no t-shirts or awards given for summer league.
League Schedule & Location

Dates: June 24 – July 23 (4 weeks of play)

Holiday Break: No games will be played the week of July 1st in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

Game Format: 8 games total, played as double-headers (2 games per night).

Location: Allen Station Softball Park

Days of Play: Wednesday and Thursday nights. Priority day of play is Wednesday (final days depend on the total number of teams in each division).
Age Groups & Divisions

Ages Offered: 8U, 10U, and 12U (Based on Spring 26 Age Chart)

Division Format: Combined divisions. Both recreational and advanced teams are welcome to compete. Note, participation in the summer league will not impact eligibility status for the fall.

Team Review: To ensure the league remains competitive and fun for everyone, all teams will be reviewed prior to being officially admitted.
Fees & Roster Rules

Team Fee: $1,140 (Covers a base roster of up to 12 players).

Roster Limits: Maximum of 15 players per team. An individual registration fee must be paid for each player added beyond the initial 12 (players 13, 14, and 15).

Roster Style: Closed rosters. There are no draft or open-roster players permitted.

Summer League Division Rules:
8U and 12U: These divisions will be open divisions due to the similarity in rules of play. Games for 8U and 12U will be played on Wednesday evenings, though schedules may be adjusted due to weather or rescheduling needs.
10U: This division may be separated into Recreational and Advanced divisions depending on the number of registered teams. Recreational teams are limited to a maximum of four select players per roster. Teams with more than four select players must compete in the Advanced division. If an Advanced division is not formed, those teams will be required to play in the 12U division.
The 10U Recreational Division will play using modified kid-pitch rules.
The 10U Advanced Division will play USA Softball select rules.
Games for 10U will be played on Thursday evenings, though schedules may be adjusted due to weather or rescheduling needs.
Final team placements and division assignments will be at the discretion of the board.

Coaches must register and pay for the team prior to any players signing up. Once the team is registered/paid, a team code will be sent to the coach so the players can register directly to the team.
PLAYER/ ASSISTANT COACH REGISTRATION - CLICK HERE
All players must be on a pre-formed team. There are no draft/open roster players for the Summer League. Players will be sent a team code by the head coach once the team has been registered/paid in the system, so they can register directly to the team roster with no fee.
